The Start
In the midst of 2023 I made a big decision to change the way I was living and reconnect with everything that makes me happy. one of the things I hadn’t been keeping up with was baking, so I started making one new pastry every week. with my rekindled love for baking, I was learning new techniques all while searching for the one treat that I could start a bakery around. in 2025 I found scones to be both versatile and delicious, so scones and scones was born.

THE OVERALL GOAL FOR SCONES AND SCONES IS TO OPEN UP A BAKERY-BOBA-TEA SHOP. This final variation of the business will provide a location for customers to relax, read, study, AND work, all while drinking tea and eating scones. In the evenings, the shop will evolve to have tea based cocktails so customers can start their night out, or continue relaxing in the dimmed lights of the tea shop.
